Hi, I’m Ellie.
I’m a qualified osteopath with a First Class Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy, and an APPI Pilates instructor. I combine hands on osteopathic treatment with tailored movement based rehabilitation to support recovery and long term wellbeing.

My background in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban sparked my fascination with movement and how the body works. That interest continues to shape my approach, blending clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of performance and everyday function.

I work with people of all ages, with a particular interest in performing artists and women’s health. Whether your goal is returning to sport, work, or daily activities, I aim to provide clear, supportive guidance throughout your recovery.
